I’m trying to mount my intercooler and i’ve ran into some problems. What do i do about these ps and ac lines in front my condenser? I planned on bending them behind the bar where the hood latch but i cant get the bracket off the end of the p/s line. Any suggestions?
This is the bracket i cant get off the end.
theres a 10mm bolt in the middle of the bracket
i took it off the bolt but im just wondering how to get the lines off the bracket. Its stuck pretty good on there and im just wondering if its possible to remove it before i try and break something.
Get some brackets welded on the back side that will hold the intercooler out past those lines. I know you have the room.
well im running the 90-91 bumper and those lines are about a little over 3 inches from the outside of the bumper. My intercooler thickness is 3 inches. If i run it infront of the lines i will pretty much have to cut off the bottom half of the bumper cover. Any other options?
take out the p/s and a/c
what size cooler i got 100mm intercooler and i got those stll in there… i had to cut the grill out and a little of the bumper but it still looks complete and has the bumper under the cooler still
i guess i’ll start hacking it up. I dont wanna lose a/c and p/s because its going to be my daily
