Help with wired lag 4800rpm

sorry to hear that, good luck with your new plans

I thing the wastegate was takin a crap on me. I know it liked to spike to 9lbs every now and the and I would just let off, I think it finaly went out and I missed it…

Ok, I’m planning on rebuildin my spare motor, what are some quality sources for forged pistons, bearings and seals for a boost setup, I already have an oil pump, water pump and titling kit with only 3k on them I just need a bottom end

CP pistons and Eagle rods(that’s cheap enough to have some real fun in the double digits someday…lol). OEM bearings(I tell everybody this) no “1 size fits all”!!!. for seals, just pick up a cheap gasket set on Egay. it should be fine.

I used SRP pistons, Speed-O-Motive H-beam rods, ACL bearings, and OEM seals and gaskets. They were all great quality, and I 100% recommend them to everyone! I have an extra set of ACL main bearings for sale too by the way, if you’re interested. But yeah, I had great experiences with those brands and parts.

i am currently running arias pistons, eagle rods and acl bearings. everything seems to be good. just remember to make sure all clearances are within spec.

well thats two for eagle rods and two for acl bearings, i was planing on going with cp pistons but idk for sure yet, what are some good places to buy these parts on the net, no one in idaho knows what imports are and no one supplies jack for honda parts

Not surprising if he was knocking a ton due to a crappy tune, or it could have just been a tired motor.

Neither, the diaphram tore on my wastegate, closed the flap and sky rocketed my boost
