i currently do not have a housing for my 3rd brake light and the housing was discontinued, please tell me where i could find one (ive already checked all my local junk yards)
You could check eBay and see if they have a listing on there

I never tried a G3. I’m getting my current one 3d scanned so I can create the model.
if you are 3d printing the 2nd gen one can you tell me the measurements for it as i would love to do this Aswell, i just cant find them online
This will take some time. I plan on getting the original modeled, and also doing another model that fixes the cover issues. Stay tuned.
By the way, how are you blocking the holes in the hatch glass if you don’t have the light housing?

LOL when I took mine off a while ago, I just used duct tape on both sides. It worked well enough. Cops may not like it though.
Ah. So yeah I was working on that cover but the slopes are crazy. I couldn’t measure them properly. That’s why I’m just getting it scanned instead. Were you just planning on printing that and … glueing it on? The current connection system is absolute crap. That’s the main focus of my redesign.
