Are you runnin stock sized injectors?
Assuming you are using the 12:1 Disk FMU, I would suggest nothing more than 10psi.
it all depend on how much fuel pressure you want and if you fuel system can keep up w/it.
10psi X 12:1 disk =120psi + 45 psi@WOT =165psi!!!
your also gonna have 160psi just having your car idel, it idels @40 stock

Actually, he’ll only see 160psi under boost(assuming 12:1 FMU disk and stock Fuel Press) When the car is not under boost, stock Fuel Pressure applies.
The problem with high fuel pressures, are injectors tend to be overworked and can seize-causing lack of fuel to that cylinder.
my bad, thanks for the correction. But yeah thats just a ruff estimate on the type of fuel pressure people can experience w/a FMU.
But what about a 12:1 FMU, 390cc injectors, and a walbro 255?
I wouldn’t go higher than 12psi with a FMU setup. With those injectors you could get away with a 10:1 or maybe even 8:1 FMU. You’ll need an AFC to get those injectors to idle.
Tell me about it man, I put them in and started the car for the first time in about 2 months. It sounded like it was caming. It idled so poorly. I plan on running an AFC, but one question. Why would you need a 10:1 or 8:1 disc, would 12:1 be too much fuel pressure in combination with the Walbro and the injectors? 6-10 psi is my max, I want to run manual boost controller and Tial Deltagate.
