I havent been on this forum for a couple years since I sold my 93 LSS…I had my Aztec green pearl 92 gsr stolen about 7 years ago…and when I married my wife she said if I found another one close to us and for less than 3500 bucks I could grab it… well I found one but it has a salvage title from " passenger headlight and bumper damage" car looks immaculate, has 140k miles… what would y’all be willing to pay? AGP 92 GSR 140k miles salvage title?

personally i don’t give a rats ass about salvage title as long as there is no frame damage lol but yeah if u can get 1500 for it that’d be nice but i’d be willign to pay a lil more for the gsr if it’s in immaculate condition as u say

A car with a damaged headlight and front bumper is not immaculate lol. And a salvage title is not helping the resell value at all. Are you trying to get this car just to resell and make money? Because if you are trying to buy it for yourself it doesn’t make sense why you would want to pay more for it.

db’s are going for 4-5k… with 140k miles, and the headlight and all damage have been professionally repaired…it is seriously immaculate.

got me thinking though…my wife does not know the difference between a gs and a gsr…or a ls…hmmmm. A super clean DA, with a clean title, or a super clean DB with a salvage…hmmmmm kind of shady, but she’d never really know … I still would though.

it matters because Ive had about 5 DA’s since my DB was stolen…the only way I’ll get the approval to get cash is if it is a gsr…she knows how special that original car was to me, and if I want to buy just a run of the mill integra for a project ( takes away more of her Lucku Jeans habit money) I would probably have to sell my motos and save some dough on the side… She knows I have been talking about another DB since mine was taken, and that every GS,LS,LSS,and 2 RS’s has not “hit the spot” so to speak.

I’ll talk him down just for putting those headlights and faux CF gauge cover on it…haha. My wife isn’t even fully sold on the idea at this point seeing that it has a salvage title…she says my last integra was way better looking, and it takes alot for her to say that about any cars Ive had…she said my last civic hatch looked like an old mans cock n balls upside down.

if its a type r for 3rd gen i would pay more, cuz it has upgraded chassis,seats and all that goodies
if i were you i would spend that kinda money on a clean lower mileage da
or buy a clean running or non running shell and drop all that 2000-2500 in mods
you will be 10x better looking and faster than a gsr, if you want a gsr just put a gsr badge on the rear

some of us just prefer the g2’s over the g3’s. when i bought my ls, i had the choice between obviously my ls and an 01 type r, granted there was a big price difference it’s just that g2’s catches my eye more than a g3 would. n hey 5 yrs down the road im still happy as hell with my ls, and now i have a 93 gsr to accompany the ls
Get it. That thing is fucking clean man, and near stock. Don’t see too many near stock db2’s in any shape these days.
And lower miles? I know there are alot of lower mile cars out there, but 140k miles is pretty damn low. No rust it appears either.
Get it again. I doubt you will see another clean AGP db2 around again, I haven’t seen one for sale in colorado for 3 years now, the last one I bought. And it looks like you have competition, so move quickly. If you don’t get it you will regret it. As you say, it was professionally rebuilt, and buying a 18yo car for resale is retarded, so really if you can live with the title who cares?
