damn i thought i was doin good with 298k with origional clutch and rings. it only has a new distributor
1991 DA had it for about 3 years got it with 101k miles now it had 223k and stil same motor, i got 93 tranny in it but it was my fault i bottom it out and it cracked the casing and then gear blew out from the bottom, new alternator couple weeks ago, new cv joints, and now the clutch went out.
Actually somebody did carfax on my car and in 03 my car had 139k miles on it, and then its reported that 3 months later it had 47k, i bought it in 06 with 101k, and now it shows 225k, so i can just imagine how many miles i got, but the motor still runs strong!

compresstion was 175 accross the board and burns a little bit now…
not worried about it to much, but i love it!
bought my da for $800 because of a blown motor. It had 205,000miles on odometer. Bought a b20b for $450 and now she lives again.
Im sitting at 199,721 right now, Ill probablly roll it over within the next few weeks.
I bought it a year ago and I have driven between 100-300 miles a week in it.
I have driven it alot on the highway, and yes floored the gas pedal several times. It still has good power and the Automatic Tranny shifts good still.
The only major thing to surface is my Showa Aluminum radiator is about had it.
I also need new CV joints, and shocks and springs, and brake pads and rotors in the back. I could also use new trailing arm bushings.
I have done alot of bodywork on the car and I still have more to do. I am even going to paint it myself.
After I am all done, I am taking the car for a road trip to the mountains of Colorado for a big ass photo shoot.

I now have 213000 miles and it is running pretty good still.
have 291k and runs great, just everything attached to the engines gives me hard time lol, steering , hoses, belts, etc
but the darn engine wont quit

I kept hearing about a civic that had surpassed a million a little while ago, maybe that’s the one?
I was lucky to pick up my DA for $750 and it needed nothing (previous owner thought it was a bad head gasket but it was just flooded with oil) and only 112k. 122k and god only knows how many left 
if you got a DA with 112k for that much you’re golden
just keep it in that good of shape

1992 purchased in December of 07 with 190K on it. It Now has 213K no leaks and thankfully doesn’t burn any oil. Ive been using 5W30 synthetic. Syntec or Mobile1
