In the way to LSV-T, updated weekly

Nah, not the best, just the only ones that cater specific to honda’s. there is a guy who is doing Spal fans with shrouds for $250 shipped. he just Im’d me on H-T. the T1 set-up is amazing. check his pics. but that set-up is $700-$800 or something. radiator, custom shroud, and spal 13" fan.

yeah i saw that t1 setup yesterday and started drooling. i just pm’d him but damn. 800$ is way to much for that.

Nice build. I am liking the rims. Do you have a picture of the hole car with the rims?

Nice. I am feeling the rims and the lip kit.

What made you use stock rods?

heard it could hold 300hps, my goal, not much. but since I was at it, why not, I agree, only what, 250$ ?

I wouldn’t trust a stock rod on a forged pistons under the pressures a turbo application exerts… but that’s just me.

I realized oil into my intake piping.
Got the turbo out and woooooo, bad, very bad (forget about the metal chips, it was done while grinding something beside it)
Getting a rebuilt soon…

I’ve done a big job on cutting electrical harness this winter. I filled a complete backet full of useless wires and modules.
here is the result

wow it’s been so long since i came here, but i never quit my baby! still own my 20 years old ted. Just did a complete rebuild this winter, wiseco 9:1, rebuilt head, new block (was damaged) and of course all the necessary bolts and gaskets. 2 yrs ago i installed a new Turbonetics T3t4 ball bearing and water cooled. My little 2yrs old kid turn out to be having the same automotive interest it seems!

i have a question about the water line routing. everybody says tap the inlet (bottom) on the cold line and top on the hot line (return). Well on the car cooling system, the hot line is pressurized and flows from cool to hot (back of the block to the sleeve, head and then radiator). If i do tap the hot on the top, wouldnt the car cooling system and pump push the flow will from the top of the turbo to the bottom of it ?

Mine has never had an issue. brfittings.com sells the kit. Basically tap your radiator on the bottom for the return and freeze plug adapter for feed. Worked great for me
