intake mani fittment prob

Alright guys I always find what i need by search, but not this time…for my setup i got one of those ebay sheet metal alum intakes…well it looks good but doesnt clear the brake cylinder or reservoir it needs about 1/4 or 1/2" for studs/ holes to line up…i changed the res. to a skinny crx one, still a no go…any ideas before i beat the intake in alittle or grind on the cylinder…

92 gsr, b17 head/b18a1 bottom end fully built, non abs conv, wire tuck in progress…
if pics are needed i will get some and post em
any help would be great thanks in advance

yeah post some pics i think i may know what the problem is but pics would be a big plus

update pics

PICS
1st- ebay intake, painted black because i hate chrome

2nd- inside intake

3rd- intake with skinny res. on

4th- fittment of bolts with res. note its about 1/2" to 3/4" away

5th- intake with res off

6th- fittment of bolt without res its about 1/4" away

some more…so you can see the side that hits

dirty ass bay…in the works of wire tuck, non abs conv…both are done just need to run the lines and put the fenders back on…

nothing…no ideas anyone

I’m thinking it’s for D series.

i think your only options are to chop off and weld that end of the mani or relocate the reservoir

try taking the master cylinder off and put the manifold on then try putting the master cylinder back on and see if it gives you any clearance once the manifold is on the head all the way.

if that doesnt work since you cant see it on that side because of the resevoir try bending it in a little. if its not enough i dont see why grinding the mastercylinder would hurt any as long as you dont go too far. i think between the two you could get enough room to get it on there.
