The 2 intake manifolds I’m lookin at are the Edelbrock and the Skunk2…i was just wondering if you guys had an opinion as to which one you like better, or if theres a different intake mani that you like
If i were you i would just have your stock one bored biger but if you want to buy one just go skunk2 i just dont like edlebrock or how ever you sell it on imports
don’t choose one based upon which one we like better. get one that fits and works with your engine setup and hp goals.
look at the specs of each manifold and see how it would work into what mods you have now.
skunk2 for mild apps
victorx for serious apps
for some reason i like the victor x manifold. Never had it but i have a good feeling they’re good manifolds. But if you decide to go with skunk 2 and want to save some money blox intake manifold is the exact same as skunk 2.

just smoother ports+a tad bigger too

got with a skunk 2 intake manifold… Look at the dyno’s for the skunk 2 intake manifolds… But yeah the edelbrock intake manifolds are to big, even if you have a built car. I have a ls vtec an edelbrock will be to big… I am getting a skunk 2 intake manifold as soon as I get my cams…
from what ive heard the blox makes more power than the skunk. i dunno check it out.

like i said, full race, since they’re making a duplicate w/“enhancements” on the air intake. but no one listens… :sad:
so the above mentioned CF intake is for full race apps only?

no, full race is a company that makes such stuff. go on honda-tech, they make a line of turbo manifolds and are coming out with a new intake manifold based on the air one. its suppose to kick ass (edelbrock, skunk 2, blox etc) honda-tech will give you alot more info on technical stuff than this site.
I was looking through the summit catalog and saw BBK ssi series intake manifold. says 8-20 hp and has a standard 70mm tb opening, all hardware included. $279.95
hey I need some help… I did an ls vtec to my car and I put a b16a vtec head on it and I was looking at a skunk 2 intake manifolds on the internet and the guys says this about it… Fits 92-93 integra gs-r, 99-00 Civic Si, 94-97 Del Sol and 97-01 integra type-r. If I’m not mistaken the 99-00 civic si is a b16a dohc vtec engine… Will this skunk 2 work?
