The first car that ever got me into the Acura brand was this red 1990 Integra GS sedan automatic which belonged to my mom. It was 1996 and I didn’t yet have my license. My first car ended up being a 1989 Prelude Si. I’ve since joined the Acura family myself - a few times. Currently have two 1994 Legends, a 1992 NSX, and a 2013 ILX. Been on the prowl for a G2 Integra lately. Specifically thinking a 1992-93 GS-R or a 1992-93 sedan 5-speed. I have a blog called Drive to Five that centers around my road trips and Acura ownership. The link is here.
It’s a 1992 5-speed, Formula Red with Ebony interior. I’ve had it about 3 years now. Currently 98,800 miles. The only thing I’ve done to it was add the 17" 2002-05 wheels instead of the stock 15/16 staggered 5-spoke setup. Fun car for sure. Pic from August here -
Hey Tyson- my first Honda product was an 88 integra. And I’ve owned a lot since then :manual:
Let’s see a few pics of that low mileage legend :)
I didn’t realize your first Honda was a G1 Integra. That’s awesome.
The whole fleet here… just missing an Aztec Green GS-R. Wink wink.
There has been one snow flurry worthy of mention so far, and it didn’t stick. It’s been chilly but not too snowy at all.
I recently moved out of Utah, but if anything is a trying drive, it would be the pass from Brigham City up to Logan. Really don’t think you’ll have too much to worry about man.

Yep- bought a red 2dr 5 speed back in 1993 I believe it was
Don’t know where you’re gonna find an Astec green gsr  lol
Yeah SLC got dusted with a bit of snow on Saturday night, but roads were clear for the drive to Logan on Sunday morning. Overcast all weekend. Had a good time up there. Holy moly, SLC traffic in downtown is a cluster for the holidays.
Nice! Yeah, the bug keeps biting harder…
Thanks

Haha, my eyes are peeled. I still wish I had left a note on that white GS-R I told you about a couple of weeks ago.
Haha, make me an offer I can’t refuse! They’re both 1994 6-speeds in Desert Mist Metallic. The sedan has 146,000 miles on it and the coupe has 532,000 miles on it. I’ve had the coupe for nearly 12 years now. What year’s your NSX? That’s awesome you’ve kept your GS-R that long!
Thanks! They are out there, just gotta keep your eyes peeled. Yesterday a buddy of mine picked up a pretty minty 1992 LS coupe with full records for $1,600 locally. I’m meeting up with him on Friday to check it out and get some pics.

I thought you had the low mileage ones. HAHA My NSX is a 2002. I love the GSR. It’s what really made me get the NSX. After 15 years of really beating on it, its still just keeps going.
