Is this welder any good? basically planning to weld my own downpipe and intercooler pipes and other small stuff.

I wouldn’t use anything without gas. It will be difficult to get a good seal with just flux core, and they’re super ugly.

That one will use gas if you like. IMO that price isnt that great, I’ve seen if for a few bucks less…

with that price u can almost get the gas one

I wouldnt get a harbor freight welder no matter what. If you want a welder for a single job you can rent a really nice one from homedepot by the day, if you plan on doing alot of jobs plan on spending around $500-600 for a nice one such as a lincoln electric with a gas add-on.

Basicly one has a cart one doesnt. All depends on what u want.
