j1 tranny t3 turbo

i have a t3 turbo kit and two tranny’s an ls and a j1 i know i should use ls for its longer gears …but cuz the turbo is small will it not have enough time to spool up on the j1???

j1 is good for all motor. stick with your a1. i have a t3 also, you’d be surprised what they can do.

I have ran a J1 with a b16a t3t4e 57trim @11psi. pulled really strong, never falling out of boost. LS trannys SUCK. don’t believe the hype. boost is rpm related, not time related.
