Jdeck's 92 DA Integra Build

Thank you!! …Greg??.. I’ve talked to you on the phone a few times about the manifold and DP I need for the DA

If I remember correctly it’s a Johnny Race car fmic. I actually like how it matches the boxyness of the car. I also like how it looks like it was designed and installed in the 90’s :).

I did get it off of ebay. However, it was made by an actual company and it was about $40. There are some for 6$, I wouldn’t trust those.

Thank you!

Sure. By trade I am an IT Analyst and Network/Server Engineer. I work for a large corporation that owns many different brands, many of which you are probably familiar with. I work on everything from daily issues in the office, to servers and networks. There are a lot of similarities between working on cars and the IT field, attention to details, hands-on nature, troubleshooting, systems components etc. Cars have always been my #1 passion. I’ve owned my DA for 9 years!

Got my LED’s. I’ve never done this before so I’ll make sure to post up how it turns out. I bought the 360 degree bulbs hoping for better lighting.

Also, got my latest and greatest g2ic shirt in the mail!

I thought you were a Pimp by trade :naughty:

Got my boost solenoid for Hondata. Going to try to work on the car this weekend. It’s been a while.

Nice… that’s a funny coincidence. I just pulled mine out of a box of parts to decide where to mount it.

Nice Glynn! I actually need to decide where to mount it as well. Probably going to hide it on the pass side of the radiator where my MBC used to be. I am really impressed with what I’ve heard about the reliability of the Hondata Boost control. There’s also the low/high ac toggle and boost by gear options that you can configure. Got some more turbo parts coming in the next 30 days or so as well:excite:

I almost forgot to post this! Did this the other day.:ohyeah:

Very nice  yeah the boost by gear function is something im really looking forward to using. :ohyeah:
Not sure if your aware of this but since you have your ac removed, you have to “kind of” have to rewire the heater controls in order to get that function to work. I can try and dig up the diagrams if you cant find it.

Yeah I’ve seen a few threads regarding the B5 input and running it to 12v and the other to the ground but some aren’t that clear. If you could send me what you have that would be great!

Keep up the work man! Still one of my favorite cars on here and for good reason xD

Haha, look at that tree!!! I’ve been wanting to print one up myself.

Thanks man! I went through your build thread. We’ve been working on a lot of the same stuff  Nice work in there.

Ha yeah.

I installed the 360 LED’s and they are well worth it. Kind of hard to see in the pics but I am very happy with the result.

Okay so I got something cool in the mail today…

what is in all that record binder…all service manual for the DA…if so it looks clean…no grease sticky finger prints lol…my chiltons is all stained…

u have a link to that dash light kit?

Haha yeah nice and clean. It’s the entire service manual.

This is what I got from superbrightleds.com

Over the weekend I also removed the rest of the power steering lines including all the crap that goes to the DA VSS sensor.

the lighting came out great Jon, any other upgrades or just a new turbo?

Did you ever get that diagram, never heard back from you.

Hey sorry, it’s starred in my gmail box  Thank you for sending that. I got the diagram and understand what to do, however I have been doing some thinking. There is no point reinventing the wheel. I think I am going to get my own switch of choice and hook it up to PIN B8. From my understanding that wire can simply be grounded to switch on.

Cant argue wit that one bit, good luck

im also from the mass area. this motivates me on my build but mainly been working on my suspension building. cool if i ask for some help sometimes?

Awesome, you did the same as I on printing the manual from the $10 disc  Helps a ton!
