Jdeck's 92 DA Integra Build

Track pictures and video look great! I always love seeing updates in this thread!

Thanks!

With a goal of improving night driving I purchased these. I was a bit skeptical because they are pricey as hell. I got them from ICB motorspots for $60ish shipped. I have to say they made a HUGE difference. I’m happy so far.

Just saw this whole build. Good work and detail put into your build. Can’t wait to see more updates

Thanks! Sadly, the season is coming to an end here in New England. I have a few things planned for the winter so I’ll keep posting updates.

you wouldnt by any chance have a side by side comparison? like 1 original bulb and the other side with the new one. i was able to buy some password jdm ones on ebay (not sure if real or not, but its the only place i found h4h bulbs), but the output really sucks.

Haven’t been on g2ic in months, still see this car is fresh as hell! I miss my DA:/

At some point I will try to do a side by side and take some photos.

Thanks Man! Yep I’m still going…

Got together with a buddy last weekend for a fall photoshoot. Here are the pics I have so far. They came out pretty good!:

Car looks great as always Jon!

Great shots!

Car looks great, I remember seeing it and talking to you at the Marcus Dairy meet back in 08 I think it was.

Thanks all! xmaltbeerxcp I remember you too! Do you still have that black DA, I remember it was super clean.

Here’s a few more photos from the photo shoot. Also, a few updates. Replaced my rear wheel bearings, exhaust wrapped the recirc & hot side piping, added a turbo blanket, spark/heat resistant cover for vacuum and water lines, also installed my oil cooler (From CXRacing.com). More pics of the sandwich plate to follow.

Oh yeah and I also picked up a Subaru 2.5 RS. Hoping for the best with Ice this year. It’s main purpose was to Ice Race!

Awesome Build man, Where did you get the Wheel bearings???

Thanks! I actually got the wheel bearings from RockAuto.

I love RockAuto, our fridge is completely covered in the free magnets :hump:

Congrats on the 2.5RS! I want one so bad! Such a badass car.

great job keeping that build clean up in MA. I know the struggle. I’m originally from Springfield myself. Moved down here to orlando 2 years ago.

i sent u an email i think two days ago to the email you have registered on here. hope it didn’t go to your spam. came from bryan24207

Man I love this car…

Thanks man. It’s not easy! But at this point it’s made the car that much more of a rare sighting for people in this area.

Thanks dude! I’ll have to check in on your latest progress on your car.

A few minor updates as I get ready to put the car on the road for the season. Stripped and modified some eBay radiator stays to fit to get rid of my rigged up OEM ones. Lost my hood prop clip in the process so I added some hood dampers. Hooked up my Oil Temp gauge. Also, I finally had a chance to redo all of my vacuum lines, tapped into the intake manifold and ran a vacuum block.

Awesome build man, great progress. I had a question about the intake manifold, did you weld all of the holes where the EGR used to be? I need to do something like this because all those vacuum lines are driving me crazy lol. Any info would be greatly appreciated, Keep the progress coming man
