Thank you. So as far as I know, only automatics had the egr valves. So unfortunately, I can’t speak to how to address that issue. If you think you may have the name of the part wrong, post up a photo to identify the part and I’m happy to help.
OK I’ll take some photos after work today. Thanks
OK, so I should have been a bit more specific, I have a 91 RS Model so I’m sure that makes a difference with the manifold. Here’s the photo:
What brand vacuum block is that?
The manifold is OEM, the sticker is just peeled off
I got it off of amazon (link). It’s fairly generic but works fine. I recommend using grey gasket maker or Teflon tape to seal up the the threads as one was leaking during a boost leak test.
If you move any of those lines for cleanup purposes you will have to block off the manifold. If you look up the dashpot vacuum line you will find that it has no purpose. It might be better to just leave everything in place though unless your redoing everything.
Read through this build last night! Completely Awesome build man! If you don’t mind me asking but where did you get that Carbon Fiber wing from?
car looks awesome ! i may have missed it during reading but what size and offset are those wheels your running?
Thanks! The wing came from a group buy that I organized a while back from JDP.
Thanks! Wheel specs for the Sprint Hart CP-R’s are 15x7 -40 front and 15x6.5 -40 rear. 15mm spacers front, 18mm spacers rear.
Picked up a Mugen Oil Cap Gen 2.5 from ICB Motorsport. Also, going to upgrade my Window Weld mounts to Innovative 85A billet mounts.
Love the way this car was put together! Really enjoyed reading through seeing the progress! See the Mass plates, i’m right on the NH/MA seacoast border!
great spot for the gm sensor, i need to relocate mine…my bay is a disaster lol. great build!!
I always appreciate long time builds, and this one really stands on G2IC. Inspiring progress and updating!
[QUOTE=jdecks23;2330616]Thanks!
With a goal of improving night driving I purchased these. I was a bit skeptical because they are pricey as hell. I got them from ICB motorspots for $60ish shipped. I have to say they made a HUGE difference. I’m happy so far.

Please check email.
Thanks! It’s been a long road and I’ve learned a lot along the way. Excellent! Hopefully I can meet you in person one of these days.
Thanks Ozzman. I should have done it sooner. Since cleaning up the lines and doing a boost leak test, everything is running even better than before.

Thank you Ricky! That means a lot. This may not be my last build (most likely my last Honda build), but its been a special part of my life. I feel that I have expressed myself nearly 100% with this car. I can only hope to inspire others to do the same as well as take their time and do things right.
Shot of the engine bay with the side mounts installed and new oil cap. I definitely feel a lot more vibration at idle with the new mounts but I actually kinda like it

Love your setup man. Super clean
Thanks! I’ve enjoyed following your turbo build. Keep the updates coming.
Updates:
Picked these up:
Photo from Cars and Coffee from this past Sunday:
Are the gas struts you used for the hood sold as a kit? If so would you mind sharing what you used? I’ve wanted to get rid of the prop rod for years.
^^^…I, the same! Where can I get a set of those things? I really wanna ditch the prop rod and open my hood on struts!
Looking good as always JDECK:salute: I think your one of the original people I know to rock hood struts.
Thanks Glynn!
So here are struts I purchased
They definitely seem to fit okay, however I would strongly recommend drilling and tapping a second bolt for the bracket. That would be the middle (left) bolt in the photo:
