Jdeck's 92 DA Integra Build

Yeah we are. The car has been off the road since October’09. Really want to get this thing on the road!
Should get some nice billet mounts. Hasport, Avid, or whatever. They would REALLY make your bay pop.

Paint looks great. I can NEVER say anything bad about a fellow Captiva Blue Pearl DA owner.

Bay looks stunning, man. I wish I would have had the time to go that far with mine. I can’t express enough how much I love your engine bay, bro. Awesome work
Yeah there were a few things I decided to cut out for now in order to actually get it to the tuner for May/June. Thanks for the kind words Man. I really put a lot of time into the engine bay and did my best to pay attention to detail.

Thanks! I’m planning on dropping the motor in this weekend or the next. Overall I’m curious how much power it will make and I’m pumped to put these wheels on!

Thanks man! I agree. I’m pretty harsh on myself and even after the first try on the brake tuck…The lines on the passenger side were bugging me so much!

Thanks bro…I don’t see too many B18a1 valve covers anymore. I remember when it was the killer swap!

:sad::sad::sad:

lookin good dude! cant wait to see you all again … after a looong time! i know how ya feel man! hope mine is painted soon!

Yeah man definitely! good luck with the paint.

Got the motor in on Sunday! I’ll put some pics up tonight.

Alright… It’s “tonight” pics, or I’m banning…

:giggle:
Ohh Yeahhh

I have to say that PS reservoir is filthy :)
Ha Yeah I’m getting a new one or carb cleaner the heck out of it.

F carb cleaner. Use Brake cleaner. It’ll do the damn thing

I use it on anything with caked on grease/grime, lol. works awesome and leaves no residue.

wow that looks nice. I need to get cracking on mine. good job:up:

i cant get over how good your engine bay looks. I know you painted it yourself!! damn it looks sweet:)

Looking great, but im confused on why you did the brake lines like that, and didnt run them in the cabin under the dash to hide them completely?

are you running a cable to hydro kit? looks weird to me for some reason!!! ?

looks like a cable tranny to me. swing arm is just painted the same as the trans. casing

Thanks James… I had no intentions of disassembling my dash so I hid them my own way. I am actually pretty happy with the way it came out.

Not sure what looks weird. Its a cable LS tranny.

Updates: I made some progress but I still have a ton to do. I made my tuning appointment for mid June, hopefully I can make that. I have to buy Hondata now and I originally was told they could retune crome but my tuner only does Hondata now. Also, I just found out that you have to drop the tank to install my 255 fuel pump! Not looking forward to that at all. Other than that I have a long list of small things. I ordered tires for the new wheels this week as well.

Getting ready to order my fuel fittings. I figured a way to reuse the B & M gauge on the stock rail so I can just order a 12mm Banjo to 6an adapter

Starting assembling some engine parts

Tested my wiring that was cut and re soldered and fuse box relocation

Put my suspension back together

Installing the new boost gauge and fixing my broken speedo cable

A few more pics…starting to look like a car again

Initial D FTW:up:

looks good! i can’t wait to get my block and head back and reassemble the whole thing.

very nice Jon, so close! so whats your ETA to have it on the ground and running?

Ops, reading owns me… good luck on making that tuning date

Did you make those IC pipes or are they Go-Autoworks?
