Hey. I really aoppreciate your post. Does the rubber gasket around the headlight from the old set fit around the new ones or do the new ones come with a new gasket? Or where can I buy the gasket for them? I’d hate for them to leak. Can you tell me exactly which JDM lights it is you have in the pics? There are a few different ones. And which would be the correct matching bumper lights and maybe rear tail lights in that style? Sorry for so many questions. What color/type/# bulbs did you use for your fog lights, head lights, turn signals?? did you replace the high beam with the yellow fogs? what do you use as high beams now>? thanks

The gasket comes with the lights… it’s stuck on to the lights from the factory…

They are JDM lights… as in the stock lights on integras from japan. All other lights labeled “JDM” are only labeled like that to sucker people into buying them… There is only one JDM headlight…

The bumper lights are the same on 92-93 integras. 90-91 are clear in the us/canada and amber in japan… The rear lights are essentially the same so don’t waste your money swapping them out…

H4H bulbs are used for the headlights for jdm headlights… you might have to order a spare set online since you wont be able to find H4H’s in any stores in north america. Most JDM headlights will come with the bulbs as you’re buying them used anyways. The fog lights are clear lights but have amber covers inside the lights so they shine amber/yellowish… the turning signal bulbs are the same as the ones in the usdm lights, only they’re an amber colour…
what do you use as high beams now>?
H4H bulbs are dual-filament bulbs so they do high and low beam.

You’re the best. Wow. Quick response. Okay. Now I get the whole JDM thing. DA = 90-93? And as far as the headlights… there is rewiring required because of the placement of the bulbs or did you just switch something up on yours. I also saw these: Will this help me? rather than cut wires is this what I use? SOrry I got lost in part of the process.

where can i buy a legit pair in new condition? the ones on ebay i thought were real but they are like ‘jdm’ chrome and black housing lights etc… where can i buy some>? i see the real one are like 700 new?

do tthe jdm factory integra 93 come with the sidemarker u guys show how to install? and do they have it serving as a functional directional signal or is it just a steady orange light?
Yes… you can use that instead of cutting/re-wiring… They wern’t available when i made this write-up…

is there a way to use usadm harness at all?..basicly do the the h4h bulbs fit on the stock(usdm)head light harness?..i know it wont work due to the wire ing but if they fit onto this usdm harnes then im sure there is a simple way on re-wireing the usdm harnes to make it work
no… different pin configuration. You CAN however use a usdm H4 harness but you still are required to re-wire it…
im confused, so jdm headlights use h4h bulbs as usdm lights use 9004?- i want to buy hid’s and i dont know which to buy if i want to make it pnp for the jdm’s

ok so if im buying a pnp hid kit should i buy 9004 and fit them into the back of the jdm light?
uhm… no… 9004 wont fit… if you want you can try and get H4’s and mod them to fit in the jdm lights which use H4H… but 9004s… no… they wont fit…
I’m going to be following this tutorial this weekend most likely, I just wanted to ask do you plug the blinker into the new jdm lights? Or the amber running light only?
Technically the amber only, but they have side markers in japan… so i’d recommend the blinker…
Ok you answered my question I have a set of JDM fenders w/ sidemarker waiting to go on so I guess I will connect the amber to the headlight and the blinker to my sidemarkers. :whew:
If you’re going to go that route, you can use the blinking pair of wires for the sidemarkers…
