Hi guys, names Dylan, im 19, joined up a while back, from Ireland, Driving a 2nd Gen Da5… Heres my build from the start to present…
Copied From Honda-Haven
Its a 91 da5 integra [1600 fuel injected]
Shes a jap one so its got all elec, windows, mirrors etc…
Its got a sunroof and standard tinted sun-strip
All opinions welcome,
Stripped it out…
Damage is from previous owner!
Got a rubber bung that just happen to fit

Havnt done much to this in a while, been very busy working and stuff…
So iv had a few days off and finally decided to get cracking…
So how the drivers position looked…
Took out the seat…
Cut this piece of steel and cleaned it up…
Previous owner had cut out a seat that he had in it facepalm: 
Got rid of a lil sound deadening so it sat flush…
Welded it in,
Welded the seat bracket on…
Seat bolted down…
gave her a good owl scrub today after i put the wheels on 
How shes sitting now
Bumper off…
Removed support brace, lip bolts etc.
Relocated compartment and made a carbon fibre one for below…

Painted And Finished…
Still haven’t seen them in the dark…
Finally Dropped It…
Waiting on rear camber arms and a splitter and side skirts, then its sorted…

Okay so the thread has been re-opened and the car is currently being moved to another secret location, had2 follow Colin’s EF
Will get pics up of the bay shave and painting process ASAP…
Also Engine is being dropped in soon, waiting on Hasport with my traction bar
Got lots of goodies for it, J’s Racing floor brace, red Bride fixed back outta the J’s Racing CRX, Black/Gradiation Low Max for passo, Carbon Bonnet…
And soon to be the owner of a NEW set of CE28s :cheers: :thumbsup3:

So as the car stands now @ 8th June 2011, i have the bay flushed and painted and mount bracket welded and ready for the engine to be dropped in…
Also car is prepped for paint, colour is a secret

BTW i need a dc5 shifter box and cables w/postage to ireland if anybody has one??

Yeah proper RHD conversions seem like a big job, lucky for us Irish guys that all our cars are RHD…
Its costly to go all out and i recently lost my job so gotta slow things down a little…

lookin good so far man! but, please tell me you’re not going to leave that seat bracket in there… it looks like a swift gust of wind could break the spot welds off…just sayin’
Haha no man thats long gone, holes were welded shut when i was undersealing and painting the inside… Have genuine Bride rails for my seats, Recaro is in the shed, wont be used…

and i thot i was the only European really love to se another RHD in this site love you plans and i whould love to get my hands on you rays hehe is really hard to find 4 lug rays in Cyprus . looking forward to see you k swap i was thinking that for my da7 but i prefer to stay b series since i get lot of parts in Cyprus and cheaper to tune it up
Yeah man theres a few of us here from Ireland, mate of mine has a da7 also, was dual carb, now hes mid - sohc zc turbo 
i’ll get him to join up so you can have a look…
Ah the 4 lug Rays wont be used that often, just for when i track it with the 4 lug hubs and big brakes… Will be daily driven on the Enkeis or ep3 wheels…
WOW very nice a turbo i whould love to se that i am cerently buying a da9 xsi for donor car and i am gona swap everything in mine if you happend to know any 1 that have for sale 4 lug rays i would love to buy them Ireland to Cyprus is a cheap shipping so i don’t mind
