jetta flares on a DA

:werd: Shouldn’t have even touched it.

Wouldnt look bad if you would have left them textured and got them to hold up with some sticky tape or something…

screws look ghetto… oh and the molding attempt makes it look pretty bad… Just being 100% honest with you.

I love my moldings, but only on my vw’s :manual:

looked alot cleaner before the flares…i would make the flares more flush to the body…n get some sportmax 002 w 3.5inch lip! man…i bet you used alot of filler.

perhaps find something to make the sideskirts flow into, like make them come down on the front bumper to the lip- make the lip a little fatter- same with the sides. im not feeling how they just stop.
also i agree- some nice wide wheels would look great. another memeber with a white G2 did this, and it looked pretty decent.

Well I aprisiate all the coments ether 4 negative or positive:read:, as far as the car its still miles away from being finished, still need more stuff done to it as far as the side moldings I used fiberglass to cover them and toped it of with a thin layer of bodyfiller, the screws are gone on the flares by the way, well guys the botom line is that Im trying to make my teg as unike as possible and not b just another, anyway probably the next time I post again is when I get the finished product, but will take all of yalls advice into consideration

hey that looks great, where’d you get the fenders at?

looks pretty dope. at least u know where it is going. its a start and all. and yea u should definitely post up more pics of it once its done, and some of it during its construction phases. whether its clean on or not… u still got a DA… and thats what counts.

What happened to gold rims…it waz nice before like in the 3rd pic imo…but ima wait n c wut u do
