IMO i think if u just got quick black or gold (like rims) paint job it would be fine…but i like the flares n i didnt really notice all the flaws people keep getting on you about like red stripe not bein straight…but if you painted whole car black and moldings it would look hot to me…cuz den gold and red stripes on car n rims would come out more and the front sicker would also because of contrast and do back sticker white if it has to be there…IMO…but its hott and fine right now especially rims

Looks sloppy, sorry. The front lip, side skirts and the rear lip is a little over kill. Dose not flow at all. But good job trying!
Although there is a company that does make fender flares for the DA, that actually fits and looks good. But its made for more tire room for those auto-x’ers and road racing peeps, not the fan wannabe boys that just want the looks.

ok well the rims I got them from wheelnext.com 4 700 bucks, but as far as my car its been trough some changes, I got different rims on the car, Im working on molding the fenders to the body, and planning on doing a new paint job, what color im still undecided, I ll try post some pics later.

i think it looks pretty clean IMO when you shaved the side moldings did you weld in filler plates or just filler ?
what happend to this car, is it even the same one?? imo it look great right after you first bought it (with the black lip kit pre jetta flares, although the black flares actually looked decent too)
why is the hood and trunk painted black now?

i think if you smoothed out the back alittle bit it would look better still needs some tweekin with though
