I want a lexan hatch window. Anyone have one? Where did you get it? I already know about the FAL one, just looking for an alternative. If you made it yourself can I get some tips on forming it? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,

yeah, i know where to get them. i found a place that sells the FAL rear window for like $280 shipped.
There’s a member on here that has it and posted pics once before, but now i can’t find it.

J only has the hatch. Schu has both. And they are no where near $800 for the rear window. They are around approx $280 or so.

no, it is illegal to have lexan glass in place of a windshield, on a non off road only vehicle in cali.

the main reasons i like the FAL hatch is there’s no defroster lines, 3rd brake light holes and its a weight reduction.
I don’t remember who car it was i saw, but it looked real clean.

no rear wiper, its very clean IMO, but what i would do (well what I have done since my defrost dont work) i use Fog Gone? kinda like rainx (made by the people who make rainX) its pretty decent. Since there is no rear wiper (also in my case) just use rainx, it works wonders.
interesting, may have to do that. anyone know if it can be tinted too/?? I assume it can be, but i want to make sure. i have the rest of the car tinted and also i think when tinted, it would be less obvious that its lexan
it comes in a purple hue, because lexan does have a tendency to lose its luster, im assuming it can be tinted. another thing to watch out for, is hairline cracks, lexan gets these super microscopic scratches/cracks? but its super apparent when looking at it close from an angle.
