So heres the deal… I have a 93 gs-r, and in the future i would like to go turbo. So just doing my research now. I would like to keep the full core rad and keep AC as well. Not sure what im going to do with the fans in front once i go turbo.
So basically, keep AC, with full rad, and no cutting of the body, frame or anything. I hope this is possible. Also I want front mount. Let me know guys gracias
okay so how about a kit that would fit, with out AC??? anyone know that?
Why not just go custom? It also depends on the turbo location if you want proper fitment. IE top/bottom mount etc.
if you want to keep all that stuff i highly suggest going custom also. i went custom and i have no ps/ac. i cant imagine trying to fit a kit with all that added stuff in the way.
okay thanks for the input. would it be a good idea to pick up a universal intercooler pipe kit?
if you search a little you’ll find two or three setups on the forum that kept the rull rad, ps, a/c. i just dont remember the names of the members. search for “post your turbo setup” thread or something similar to that.
Go-Autoworks made my piping kit. I’m keeping all of what you wanted except the radiator. Most likely you’ll need to change that for sure.
Hell, I tested today. Don’t even have to touch the radiator with the right size manifold and turbo!
