It seems to be loosing a lot of power when the car becomes hot, maybe 10 minutes after starting it.
My impression is that it might be because my aluminium intake piping, just before the intake manifold, becomes very hot. Everything under that hood is actually very hot!
As everyone experienced the same ?
Can help you right now as my car is still on jackstands! But i’ll also soon be boosted if everything goes as planned…
I don’t think the hot piping would matter though… Are you running a chipped ECU? Could the problem be with the tune or something?
heat soak is my guess. try the mad jdm hood tilt yo! seriously it works and will help lower ur under hood temps. try it and see if it helps any. what size intercooler are you running and what if at all are you tuned on?
Uberdata, street tune with my innovate WB. Been running it for a year and half now. I’ve got no leaning whatsoever. 450cc. 9 psi. FMIC is about 27 x 6, like the SSAC kit on ebay.
Yeah the tilted hood would be helping alot, but i dont like the look it has!
Not sure what features Uberdata has, but checkover the ignition/fueling compensation for ECT and IAT

thicker radiator
lower-temp thermostat
bigger radiator fan
water wetter
oil cooler
those are some other options.
Just wondering, would a chiller engine makes better performance ?
I’ve hear it is supposed to be optimal at a certain temperature.
How do you lower your termostat opening ?
ECT and IAT has no parameters in uberdata, i guess it stays stock
if you have been running this setup for over a year and havent had a problem with heat yet, and now all of a sudden you are, something has broken and needs to be fixed. check for torn intercooler couplers, you might have a small tear, and when it heats up the coupler gets flimsy making the tear more apparent.
also check to see if your fuel pressure is good, your pump might be taking a crap on you.
have you looked at your spark plugs? that usually is the first step to any power loss diagnosis. the plugs will tell you if your running lean or not, in which case you can then trouble shoot from there.
