I also got some more welding practice in last night started going on some piping. Gotta fill up the tank sometime this week so I can practice some more. Yay!

So!! I need help deciding. I’m pretty sure I’m going to get some biased opinions since this is a car forum. But here is my contemplation:
Been needing to get out of my phone plan and I decided to go with the Evo phone. Best phone ever. I’ve been on the waiting list and the phone finally came it. But it came in just as I was going to buy some parts. So this is where I’m at. Either buy my car parts which is the turbo manifold and piping or get the phone…suggestions?

That’s definitely a tough decision for sure. The Evo is a badass phone (I’m more partial to HTC products, fuck a trendy Iphone haha), and it would be real nice to have a badass car…hmmm. Maybe get the car parts now, and get the Evo as soon as you can after that. Maybe it’ll be cheaper then?

Media never gives 50cent a break. So you don’t either haha. But yea I love that phone mostly because of its internet capabilities but so much more. Thats true but I can never wait until the phone gets a little later cause then I wont want it anymore haha. Im picky like that. And plus the main reason is because I’m on a phone plan right now with people and I need out pronto. I’m still on it with my ex. yea…haha bad news. We’re still friends but I don’t need to be on it.

My choice to get the car parts. I called back for the phone and told them I was going to get it and someone already picked it up an hour after they gave me a call. I was waiting out so didn’t call them back till 3 hours later. So mani it is. I was going to try to get both. But I guess it worked out for the best I’ll get it when the next shipment comes in. Which hopefully is soon. I’ll probably be ordering my manifold tomorrow or early next week from mosaic motorsports. Anyone heard of them??

lol they have been telling me the same thing. Him and his gf. I can get cost on all garret turbos and pretty much almost anything so I’m not worried about that. The problem is the turbo I want at cost is still over 1k. Im going to hold off on that until I can affored a 1300 dollar turbo. But for now I’ll have plenty of power to keep me happy. On a good note Tommy at street concepts has a precision 3076 for me but it needs to be rebuilt. Not a big fan of precision but hey. Good deals good deals! I gotta check in to see how much that filling for that stuff is. So maybe just maybe…

But yea, you’re crazy to not go through them. You don’t need a $1300 ball-bearing piece to go fast though, shoot there’s plenty of journal bearing snails that could get you to the same place. And if you really wanted too, you could just replace the journal bearing with a ball bearing of equal size. I’d be kinda leery of that blown 3076 though, sometimes you could have an expensive paper weight on your hands, so just watch out Ms.!
lol soon I’ll get some tomorrow. Well I don’t need to go through them cause I get the same price as they do so there’s no point with going through them. But I’m going with what I got for now. Probably for a year or so and then get the turbo I want. I’m sure 300 for me is well enough. Well at least for now. This one I have right isn’t a ball bearing either. But I will be getting one for the long run.
