guys are pitiful…lmao

:agree: on pics of the wings yo!

any update yet

Hum…how about I post up a close up when I’m finished with the piece :D9

So, not much of an update yet. I am going to go get a new axle this weekend though. Hopefully this will fix my problem. Still trying to figure out which axle I need. Any suggestions? (If you’ve already read what was the problem.)

raxles.
if you can afford to order 2 oe replacements that’d be the best.
but that’s going to set you back 3/5th of your s300…

Honda but expect to pay an arm and a leg for each.

As per length modified ones I have no clue! :stuck_out_tongue:

Hope that helps

What do you think the difference is with replacing both with the oe? Like my oe ones now are worn out?

oh they’re oe?
I was thinking they were cheapies or something…not sure why…nothing you’ve done has been so far lol
hrm no idea on that then. i know you’re lowered and stuff maybe talk to MrPenny (Agazzi) he’s one to slam his car and might be able to point out how to prevent this.

So I read up on a couple forums, thanks Spikey for pointing that out for me. My dumb self couldn’t find them myself. But a member on here or actually a few members on here had the same issue. This is what I am going to go for. Since I did do the motor swap, some oe axles do fall short. Places like Auto Zone sell their oe axels which measure up to 23 1/4 inches. But when ordered an axle from a different company it measured up to 24 1/4 inches. Exactly an extra inch. Since then he never had a problem with it popping out again. This also could possibly why my car vibrates a little more than it should when I accelerate. I will probably be doing this this weekend I will get back on to let you guys know how this works out. Wish me luck!!! :gunright:

Can I watch you put them on? lolololol

lol! Es possible.

I looked up Napa and I think its short also. Says its 23 3/8 compressed. ugh I might have to order online and wait for it to ship. Any ideas of local places? I want this done by weekend. The only place that I can think of that has the correct measurment is Hmotors.

One thing I don’t understand is that I don’t see why I would need a longer axel. My tranny didn’t move at all with the swap. Shouldn’t be the same? ahh!!!

Nice to see another Colorado member. Do you ever make it to fort Collins? Maybe cruise suntime? Really like to check out your car. Hit me back up or pm me.

mybadd… a girl rockin a DA, too clean.

wow leg humpers unite:P you think no one has seen a girl who likes integra’s or cars for that matter.

nice car and welcome to the club

Nice to see some clean DA’s coming out of colorado. I bought mine when I was stationed out there in 06 and I almost gave up because it was so hard to find a rust free chassis , then patients prevailed. Good luck and continue to keep us posted:)

Thanks guys! I will def be posting when there are updates on the car. Espically when I’m in training. yay!

And apparently for others to help influence their gfs to do the same thing. Tell your gfs! They can do it too! lol

Of course! I’m sure you’ve met the other DA guys around this area right? I’m sure we’ll be meeting up pretty soon  I’d like to see yours too.

He’s a guy/vendor that sells most of the Rota wheels… cool kat.

Are the axles the same one you were using before the swap? You’re definitely correct in thinking the axle length is the same as your still using the same transmission and mounts, no difference fo sho. The culprit is most likely shitty axles. When I had my B20z swap, used some driveshaft shop stage 0s that were about 3 years old at the time of the swap, lol. No problems, and not even any when I had my DB1 super super low. I’d definitely ponying up for some Raxles (bout to put my set back on) or DSS if I was you, especially if your gonna be tracking your car.
And yes for sure upgrade those brakelines when you get a chance, those old stockers won’t hold up IMO

^^ Yea they are, they’re the stock ones. I can see how just lowering my car might play into effect of me needing a new/longer axel. Buts still not registering in my brain why I would need. If it was the lowering case, wouldn’t everyone need an axle following a dropage. lol. If I do get the Raxels, are there any differences in lengths?
