I had pretty much the same settup as you, i went with EMPI axles. I got mine from a local speed shop. I never had any problems.

Stock axles have the rubber damper around the shaft and off the shelf axles don’t…
haha always gonna be like that same with gaming or extreme sports, girls are few and far between. anyway onto the axle problem…
the only thing i could think of is maybe they are just worn out and compressing too much when you turn, since your gonna be tracking your car might as well just pony up the cash for a good set of after market ones that are gonna be stronger and correct length, if you go with raxle just call them up they really are excellent with customer service tell em what tranny/swap and what car and they will handle the order.

Thanks yea mine needs paint uber bad soon to be resprayed. Also if you come into Greeley be prepered to get harrassed. I’ve gotten my second ticket for my exhaust being modified bs. I think it’s kool your a chick and know what your doing and willing to get dirty it’s awsome.

Yea, I was thinking this over last night as I was trying to sleep. lol And maybe its just a simple thing as my axel is getting worn out. The balls are getting worn out so its slipping around a little along with the extra vibrations in my car the axle vibrates itself out? I just need a simple replacement, it is 20 years old…hum! It would be nice to just replace all of it but I can’t do that quite yet. I think im going to try with a replacement from Napa since I get a discount there and see how that goes. If it still pops out its something more complicated.
I will eventually upgrade them but as of right now I just need to fix the problem. Cha know! haha.
i had the same problem with the vibration under acceleration and popping out, i bought numerous axles from different places. i finally saved up and bought rebuilt oem ones from the dealer and it fixed my problem :rockon:

Im pretty sure any B series axles should plug and play unless you got a GSR half shaft.
Solution!!!
So I have come to a solution!! [hopefully it will last]. I picked up new axles from NAPA. I got both driver and passengers side. Did some good runs on it, nothing popped out, nothing leaking as of right now. Excessive vibrations while accelerating has been eliminated. Runs like BUTTA! :getsome:
Of course, fixing one thing leads to the finding of something else thats wrong. Sigh…but did get lucky and got that fixed tonight also. Ran all over town but got it! Baby girl is happy!
