I really like the Honda Integra Type R MOMO steering wheel (non-SRS), and I will probably be getting one soon. Has anyone else done this before? What would I have to do to wire up the horn? This is the wheel I’m talking about:

The wheel should work fine as long as you get the correct hub. I have seen this wheel on a RHD DA before. As far as the horn I would imagine it’s the same connector, should just be a plug and if it doesn’t match you can always splice it. Like I said though, get the right hub and the rest should be easy. It’s a good looking wheel, I like my Mugen wheel myself but would’ve went for the ITR next.

I searched for msteggy and i didnt get anything related to putting this steering wheel onto the DA…i wanna know too because i would prefer an OEM honda wheel with the CC controls on it then getting something aftermarket
I’ve asked a few people with da’s who’s put that on their teg. they said it was straight forward, bolts right on with no modification. But i’m not 100% sure as i haven’t done it. But i am planning on ordering one (as soon as i find a realy nice clean one). You just lose your cc features (which i took that crap out anyways).
i am sure you can find either an S2K wheel or something of that nature with the CC controls on it that looks better then a stock DA steering wheel…this is my new mission 
Well, I don’t have CC, so I won’t have to worry about it. I heard that since it’s still OEM, I won’t need a hub…
keep me updated guys cuz i wanna know what happens cuz i want one too but not sure if it bolts right up and i have cc… 
I’m interested in the same wheel for my G2 as well. All I was told was that as long as the spline diameter is the same as the JDM ITR wheel, it’s a direct bolt on. Does anyone know the spline diameter of our OEM wheel?
the wheel is a dirrect fit no modding I had to disconnect the horn though

Can’t the horn be connected through the CC?
I Swapped a 99 gsr wheel on my teg, minimal mods to make it fit. I’ll post pics when I get home. People said it couldn’t be done, but I did it and I like it.
From What I have found for the horn and the cruise, it is only 3 wires that are used, power, set/decel, resume/accel. the horn is tied to the pwr wire.

it’s just what i was looking for…i have the same wheel as you but i couldn’t fit into my car as the “teeth” space and also the length of the back of the steering is far longer than ours.
Can i know what modification u have done? is the modification done to the steering wheel or the steering rod?

I had those problems with my prelude wheel, but it was jut because I was lazy and didn’t collaborate it well.

i know the jdm non srs wheel will fit of course…but the one on the 93horizongreyteg is a srs airbag one…please let me know wht modifications .thanks.
Well I’m going to buy the wheel on Sunday night and install it sometime during the week…I’ll let you all know what problems (if any) I run into.
