what are your hp goals?

Damn thats nice! Just wondering how much did it cost you? Im planning to do something like that.

It has stock internals untill next winter. So for now 250whp. I hope after building the bottom end, with the stock ls head and the little 50 trim I have I can make 350whp. If not I might just but a Garrett Dual Ball bearing.

I traded my motocycle for alot of it which was worth $2800, and then I bought about 3 grand more worth of stuff. You can do it alot cheaper. But I didn’t buy anything cheap.

Thats really nice man I love it. Also, not bashing your car or anything but why did full race make a traction bar thats gonna hang below the bumper. Thats seems weird.

I don’t know why Full-Race made the bar like that. I was thinking of that the other day. But the bar makes a world of difference.

  1. Im sorry if this sounds stupid but the thing above the fuel filter in the pic is that an oil catch can?

  2. The steel braided hose thats connected to the top of the turbo and runs on top of the valve cover where does that go?

  3. The tube thats running out of the wastegate where does that end up to?

No Problem,

  1. Yes that works a catch can, but more importantly it is a Breather tank. And it vents the back of the block.

  2. The steel braided line is the oil feed for the turbo, I bought a T from StealthModePerformance on Honda-tech. And a fire wall kit. The T is really small and not heavy. It treads into the back of you block where the stock Oil sensor is. then the feed line runs off of that to the turbo.

  3. The tube that runs off of the wastegate is a called a Dump Tube. Some people run them back into the exhaust system and some don’t. I didn’t. It justs comes out behind the traction bar.

I would say it is illegal. NY is not as bad as other states with emission. But I went to get it inspected the other day and the only problem I had was a break light.

Nice clean setup. The pics are like night and day. I think ya spent way to much but it looks great. Im starting to hate those full-race traction bars. Im getting some but im going to search for anouther company, or get an aftermarket bumper or lip.

Im sure you know this but, with ur dump tube right there you could be sucking up exhaust gases back into the turbo and robbing power. if you extend the pipe down to right at the oil pan and pointing backwards toward the rear of the car you have no way of sucking these gaes back up n wont be losing any power…

dumptubes should be fine, I know they would be illegal but as long as your not boosting it’s quiet!
