Please tell me you didnt reuse the old headgasket…
yeah i did man…i know you’re not supposed to but i didn’t have another. i sprayed it with some gasket seal though so hopefully it lasts a little while until i get a new one…
the guy that helped me did the same and its lasted him a while. he’s also got a built b18c1 turbo. hopefully mine will last…

went to the junkyard yesterday and got myself a front bumper with the support for $35. Note - always come prepared when you go to the junkyard…:bang:
also borrowed a hood from my brother in law
i should be going down to rochester, ny this weekend to pick up another hood and hitting up the junkyard again to get new(ish) fenders and some 94-97 sides and mud flaps :rockon: leave some feedback!

got myself another hood (milano red) and some fenders without the sidemarker holes 
also went to the dealer to get a tube thing for my heater hose and asked about a new head gasket while there. the parts guy said $65…are there any cheaper alternatives that retain the same or nearly same qaulity?
i got the plug out! allen key and wrench for leverage ftw! started it up and the idle isn’t correct, but i’m working on that. the problem is that it’s leaking oil now…sometimes i really hate my car

Thanks man! I’m debating the wing. I was liking it for a while, but now not so much. One of the reasons I wanna leave it on is that those pieces that go onto the quarter panel are really fucking on there, so they will probably leave their mark if I take them off

Eh no plans really. Its got a good amount of rust on the hatch so I’m gonna replace that and shit. But otherwise, just trying to keep it stock and running
yeah thats kinda the plan for my DB1 just swapped newer motor new clutch mounts and bushings, then when i get back from basic im just gonna lower it and make a reliable DD, why did you just swap a stock ls in your DA and sell the motor?
No the DA I just bought is completely stock, B18a and all. Idk if you mean my other DA? But yeah, I don’t know if I’m even gonna lower this since I live in Buffalo and winters are wild.
Here’s my new DA. Picked it up for $450. It runs strong still with 186k on the odometer. Just rusty is all :). Gonna be my DD. Oh and I’m keeping my red DA now, instead of selling it
