I just bought my 4th 2nd gen Integra, and want to build a fun and low budget daily. So i thought I might as well do a build thread.
When i first bought her she was dirty, poorly running, took forever to warm up, blown speakers that just hung-out in the door, half of the wheels were backwards, seat belt was broke, leaks, busted headlights, and it look like a bear had some exploding runs in the engine bay. That was maybe a month ago.
I have fixed or at least improved most of these problems. Only have the wheels and seat belt left.
Hope fully this week I can score some new wheels, and start showing the interior some love. After that I think some new motor mounts will be in order.
I do need a handful of parts, black carpet, black floor mats, one of the taillight covers in the trunk, a 92-93 steering wheel in good spare, 4 91’ prelude center caps, the window trim on the drivers side door, an antenna, and I’d like to find a manual steering rack.
Ok, not much done today. I got the inside a little cleaner. Then worked on cleaning the caked on grim out from under the hood and painted the valve cover. Talked to a guy about some 99’ si wheels I might get Friday.
One of the wheels has a small amount on the lip, but that’s it. I need to get some center caps for them or some new wheels. Here is a one more pics of them. They still need some more attention.
I picked up a skunk2 front strut bar from a local and started to polish it, and hopefully I’ll be getting some JDM 1pc on Monday. I’ll add some pics of the strut bar as soon as I’m done polishing.
