Been boosting a week or so now and thought I would share the setup
1991 Acura Integra GS 183k stock motor
STOCK fuel injectors tuned to 85-90% duty cycle (changing to 510cc when I get them cleaned)
Modified STOCK fuel pressure regulator @ 74-76psi
Walbro 255lph HP fuel pump
JG 303 cams
Drag stage 3 manifold
T3/T4 .50/.63 57-trim, stage 3 exhaust @ 8psi boost for now…
Tial 38mm wastegate w/ atmospheric dump tube under car
MBC @ 8psi currently
50mm tial-copy BOV (changing to a DSM 1g BOV soon)
2.5" aluminum piping, couplers, tbolts
2.5" downpipe
-3AN oil feed w/ restrictor
1/2" or 5/8" oil drain can’t remember
Napa maxdrive axels
Tein SS 9k/6k coilovers
ES urethane kit
Prothane RTABs
Innovative black compound motor mounts
XTD stage 3 clutch
Exedy 8lbs flywheel
Boost, Oil pressure and WBO2
Modified ECU with emulator connected to IBM T22 laptop
Thats all I can think of right now…
Taking to the track on Sunday as long as it doesn’t rain with some fresh BFG drag radials. Here are some pics, my camera sucks I’ll get some new ones soon

No the OP is compenstating for his stock injectors to think like there big injectors
I have read that when you run higher psi on your fuel it acts like you have bigger injectors and also stresses your fuel pump. (Since the OP said he had stock injectors). 90% duty cycle you begin to stress the injectors. There is no room for boost spike. If spike were to occur then the injectors would run 100 to 110% thus leaveing the injectors to be full open and probably get stuck open.
I am running 44psi of fuel using paxton regulator at 13 lbs boost w/780’s so i dont think higher the psi the better.
No, higher pressure isn’t “better” or anything like that. And you are correct, I am using the higher pressure to give me more fuel to tune with. And if it ever overboosted it has room and is tuned for 9-10psi boost spike, but this is not a problem my boost stays rock solid. I (and most tuners) tune to 85-90% duty cycle as a rule of thumb before they considered the injectors “maxed out”, and make sure there is room for at least a 1-3 psi boost spike which this setup meets
And no the fuel lines are just fine with this, as is my walbro 255lph HP which is designed to be efficient at higher pressures, that is why people use them on their FMU setups which see well over 100psi, which I wouldn’t personally do.
And when I get my 510cc injectors rebuilt they are going right in
Just heatwrapped the dumptube, downpipe, wastegate, wastegate elbow yesterday, stays cool enough now to touch, much cooler in the engine bay and the dp/dumptube arent transferring mad heat onto the radiator now. Waiting to get a comp clutch stage 4 so I can turn the boost back up to 8psi. Dang pressure plate on the crappy stage 3 XTD clutch wouldn’t hold the torque from 8psi on my setup, go figure
Going to the track again on 4-5psi boost to see if the clutch will hold on street tires instead of the drag radials but clutch may start slipping again alllllllllllllll the way down the track like Sunday on 8psi boost :\
