I’ve read in he turbo guide that you need to modify your stock pcv system to accomidate forced induction applications. I do not have an intake on my turbo due to clearance issues, that will hopefully be resolved soon allowing for an intake, but I would like to fix this now. As of right now I have no pcv valve. The hose comming off the black box on my motor that goes to the pcv valve is now running straight to the intake manifold, which at the time I thought would allow the pressure in the crankcase to escape. But now that I think about it, it may be adding to the pressurazation of the crankcase by forcing air through the black box into the crankcase. I also have nothing connected to the nipple on the valve cover.
What I am asking eveyone is, how can I set up my pcv system corectly without an intake pipe on my turbo? I am kinda starting to grow on this car and I would like to do everything the right way when it comes to the details.
My mods if it matters.
-ebay turo mani
-ebay wastegate
-Precision .60/.48 t3/t4 50 trim
-DSM 450 injectors
-VAFC
I think that is all that would matter. Thanks in advance for any help.
I think that you may be talking about the nipple on the valve cover, and thats not really the problem as i need to know what to do with the port on the black box on the back of the block.
I have already looked at those and in order to make use of any of those diagrams I need to have an intake on my turbo, which I do not. So I was wondering if ayone could help me hook it up without using an intake on my turbo as I cannot fit one due to clearance issues.
