so i went to the junkyard the other day and found this little prize in a 1985 t-bird. Garrett t3 .60/.63
i had to bolt it up to my ssautocrap manifold with a cone filter just to see how it looks. hopefully i’ll continue with this turbo setup in the coming weeks, but for right now my money is tied up in purchasing a 2002 jetta 1.8t.

turn the turbo around if you want to keep your full rad, other than that, good luck, its a start.
i’ve already got a civic half radiator. i’ve been building my motor and planning for turbo for quite some time, but i’m just now getting around to piecing a kit together.

i paid $100 for the turbo. what do you mean clock it?

you see the oil inlet and drain flange? the inlet its supposed to be on top and the drain on the bottom… yours are on the sides, there for you have to cloack/rotate the middle section of the turbo.
