Nitrous Plugs question..

Hey, I have searched and searched trying to figure this out.

I do realize I need to run a colder plug but im trying to find the right NGK number.

I ordered the bkr7e-11 because mostly what I have found is that is the right plug and of course NGK site says these plugs are for Saabs or something. But I also noticed that most people running that plug are also running vtec motors and i cant remember if vtec plugs were a little longer?
Are these the right plugs for a b18a? Or do I want the bkr7e with no 11?

If not what part number have others of you used in a b18a with nitrous?

Also I am going to retard my timing by 2deg but i cant remember for the life of me if retarding is the notch toward the front of the car? Im sure the book will tell me but if anyone knows off the top of there head that would be cool…

Specs,
90 gs, zex 65 shot, i/h/e, b18a…
Thanks in advance.

Zex has the plugs you need or atleast they did.

Yeah i thought of that but I would like to stay with ngk… Anyways i got them and they are the same length and thread so they should be fine…

I think the zex ones are ngk but rebadged

Also forget about the timing question. Like an idiot I forgot it was in teg tips… So I found it.
