Noob Tuning Question???

Hey Guys/Girls. I am new to G2IC and wanted to introduce my self. I am the proud owner af a 90 LS which is in the process of getting a wire tuck and small turbo setup.

Anywho, I have a questions for you G2 experts. I am going to be running a t3/t4 .48/.50, with a 27x6.5x2.5 IC, 310cc injectors, and a walbro 255lhp. My goal is 250whp and I am guessing about 10psi. I want to know the best route to take when tunning my car? I have acess to a dyno here at school but I have never tuned anything before. I wan’t a conservative street tune that is reliable even if I am not able to hit my goal hp. I need some input on how to go about this.
Should I convert to OBD1?
Should I just ship my ECU and a list of my setup to someone and have them give me a basemap?
And last of all does anyone have any better suggestions?

Thanks guys!

if you convert to obd1 you then have the option to use crome. and i think 310’s are gonna be a lil small for your power setup as you will most likly have way to high of a duty cycle
for your goals a set of Dsm 450’s would work good to ensure proper fuel and if you want to tune your own car if you stay obd 0 u can use turboedit(i have no idea how it works)
if you decide to go OBD1 you can tune with crome which i have found very user friendly (at least for me)
and remember if someone gives you a basemap its still going to need to be tuned a basemap is good to get your car going but not for a final tune as its exactly what it says

curious how to how the build is coming along
