OBD-0 Idle problems, and other TurboEdit questions

Hi, I just put in a new engine and turbo setup into my 1990 integra LS. I am having trouble getting it to idle. The first time that I start it up for the day, it will idle fine until it warms up. the idle gradually decreases as it warms up, but when it approaches normal temperature, it will start to dip really low, and keep decreasing until it dies. I have checked for vacuum leaks, changed the TB gasket, cleaned IACV, played with the idle screw, and a couple other things.

I also get different AFR’s at the same vacuum and RPM on different occasions. any ideas what that might be? the only thing I notice about the idle is that the vacuum is a little low, around 15 probably.

my setup is this:

b18a block and head
SRP 8.5:1 pistons (81mm)
Speed-O-Motive H-beam forged rods w/ ARP bolts
ACL main and rod bearings
Integra Type R oil and water pumps
ITR timing belt
JG 201 cams
ARP head studs
Honda headgasket
all other new gaskets and seals throughout the engine
New NGK spark plugs
Skunk2 pro series intake manifold
Heat shield IM gasket
PR4 ECU with turboedit
AEM wideband
Boost/vacuum gauge
FAST-TURBO oil line kit w/ feed and drain
2.5" aluminum charge pipes
silicone couplers & T-bolt clamps
Turbo XS RFL-H BOV
28x6x3" bar and plate intercooler
T3 .42/.48 turbo (for now)
UGR ceramic coated manifold
xenocron 255lph fuel pump
DSM 450cc blacktop injectors
6 puck clutch and 14 lb. flywheel
AEM air filter on turbo
2.5" open downpipe (have exhaust for when it starts running, also 2.5")
2.5" test pipe

any suggestions would be great!

bump, going to try to drive again tonight, anyone have anything to try? thanks!
