Does anyone know where I can get some braided oil feed and return lines for my turbo? Is there a kit that comes with all the lines and fittings needed? I currently have lsvtec and the oil is being fed to the head from a t-fitting where the oil pressure sensor goes in the block. Can I just put another t-fitting right before the head and run the line to the turbo? Or is this going to starve either the head or the turbo. If I do it in this configuraton, what size steel braided lines are going to be big enough to feed both?. I’d rather feed both through a sandwich plate, but I am running out of money as I near the end of my project. Thanks.
i got stealthmode lines for sale hit me up.
how much do you want for them? What size drain flange is it? I’d email you but you don’t have an address listed.
depends on what turbo u get
im using stealthmode oilline kit and firewall kit. great product, even better customer service.
the firewall kit made things easier
howd u install the firewall kit?
i mean where is it screwed or tied down at?
i made a little bracket the that bolts to one of the brackets that holds the brake hard lines to the firewall. i was i took pics before it put the head back on.
I’ve got a t3/t4. I think the firewall kit is a good idea, but I myself probaby won’t get one. I dont want to deal with taking it apart to pull the motor.
Fast-turbo aka Flamenco T sales the oil line/firewall relocation kit. Very nice product. I personally have used Stealthmode and the Fast-turbo lines. IMO the Fast-turbo lines are much nicer looking.
