I printed 2 more sets and put them in an oven to improve the thermal tolerance. The ABS still fits great but the PA6 is out of tolerance. I’m checking to see whether sanding improves fitment.

I might be having a flow control issue with the PA6 which is causing excessive stringing. (It might have absorbed some humidity while I was constantly ensuring it wasn’t tangled though. Probably a minor issue).

After some barrel sanding on the PA6 ones, they fit great.
Reminder for installation: The smaller lip edge mates with the bulb, and the fatter lip on the adapter mates with the headlight housing.
I’m going to see about installing them on my car today.

@wesecuring and everyone else, please be aware of the dimensions. This appears to be incompatible with @wesecuring ‘s bulbs, based on what pictures he provided. Can you verify? I don’t think the 14mm matters as much, but the 19mm diameter is critical.
sorry for the late response! I dont think that the 19 mm would fit mine. ive remeasured a couple of times and it seems to be 21.5 mm for the diameter. I would be eternally grateful if you printed a 21.5 mm one though 
It’s simple to modify, but my concern then would be if the outer diameter would still fit into the housing. I don’t remember how much room I have to work with there. I’ll have to set the adapter in the JDM headlights and take some dimensions.
Interested in these H4H adapters. Plan on getting some GTR Lighting bulbs that i would love to put in the JDM headlights

Last weekend I was able to organize the garage a bit (I couldn’t access my jdm headlights). So I am getting dimensions this Saturday.
Post the dimensions of the bulbs if you have them.
I can also get you dimenstion if you wanted to print a set for me and ill pay shipping. I can also see if i can file it the couple extra mm
I don’t have much room to work with, but given that the green area’s diameter is a few millimeters, I think I can take 2.5 away and it’ll still work. I’ll model up something and see how it fares.
I’m also thinking about thickening the three tabs for improved strength because that is the only 3 areas that have contact with the headlight housing. It may also help with thermal resistance. But maybe just one thing at a time.
Does anyone else have a bulb diameter that is NOT 19mm?

I’ve been thinking about just doing the ABS for now for everyone who is interested—Just for the feedback and ease of production. Just pay for the shipping/payment fees - so that’s like $8 if you’re in the US.

Something else to note is that the locking clips that hold the bulb in – those will be more difficult to install because of the extra thickness. But I think because it’s a spring clip, it might bend/conform to the adapter/bulb.
