As for your comments regarding the professionalism of the site design. I don’t think you do any design or coding. I know some basic stuff and have done desktop publishing back in school. I don’t have great skills, but i know. I disagree on you rating this site in the 95 percential. When you do a search on google.com, google does a keyword search on mathematical equation(s). Your search result of 770 doesn’t show validity or the right results you are looking for. You need to learn how to search using boolean, for that is how most search engines work. As for most of your results from those 770, the very first result you’ll find is the actual site itself, batfa.com because that is like 100% close to what you are looking for. If you really wanted to search for more info or proper results. You should have search for “batfa japan inc” for that is the full name of the company. An example of a bad result from your search is http://www.lanka.pair.com/ads/Automobiles/ which shows an ad from Batfa but look carefully at the date of which that add was added. It was added in 2001. This search result was on the second page. Most of your search results are mainly useless because they are links to links of links, which is just a stupid loop.
As for you saying the site is hosted on mainly other sites. You are wrong, those other addresses you go to, you are forwarded to their main site. Example: http://www.geocities.com/batfa_japan/home.html
it looks the same as their site. click on anything and you get linked to their server. Look at this advertisement example from your search, http://www.usell.org/usell/ItemDesc.asp?ItemNumber=020334072020120128
the date on the bottom of the page shows you when it was last modified. 1999??? is that updated to you. And their phone number is different from the one on their batfa website. All their ads seem to be posted on free sites. I have not yet seen a paid advertisement or banner of any sort. A banner that shows some professionism or business-like look. If you type in Japan’s leading exporter, every fricking results links to a company which thinks it’s a leading exporter, but with an old website that is dead or lost at sea. Contact names vary as well from Kamaru Sasaki to A Kamaru at every site. Why don’t you try looking up their lawyers and see what you find. I found nothing on them linked to any justice site or any sort. Any result with their names is prior of 2001 or so.
Apparently there is a stock for this company as well. On batfa’s main site, go to notice board and you’ll notice a meeting of shareholders. Go to the Tokyo Stock exchange site http://www.tse.or.jp/english/index.shtml and look up their stock data and you’ll find nothing.

i can tell you the site is updated though…a few cars i have seen have been taken off the list, others have been edited to say sold, they do update their shipping schedule…
i really dont know what to think now, if people were getting ripped off by a well known site, the word would spread like wildfire over the internet…

a plane ticket to japan is roughly about $1100 or less, i bought the ticket back to indo one way thru japan airline for $614…so a 2 way is about that much…but hey, good luck tho on the car

I already spoke to a lawyer about this…i have a purchase aggrement from Batfa in an email i printed out, not to mention my paperwork from the wire transfer…so if they are even thinking of fucking over a US buyer, they need to think again.
itc cars doesn’t even have any US ports listed, meaning they probably don’t even ship to here yet
