OR PDX: 92 DA with JDM B16a, mods

It’s difficult for me to sell this car, I’ve put just over 100,000 miles on it, and am pretty attached to it. But it’s just not practical anymore, even if I wasn’t moving to the other side of the country, I would still ned to sell it for a truck or van that is more suitable for my work requirements.

$3100/OFFER ***CASH ONLY, no trades, unfortunately I can’t do anything with another vehicle because I’m moving to the east coast in a few weeks, and am not getting a new car until I land there.-

I am selling my beloved Integra. I have owned this car since 2002 when I was 17 and had just received my license. here are the modifications, will probably add more as I remember them. Please read this carefully so I’m not answering question via e-mail or text that are answered in the advertisement.

This is as much as I can remember. I can’t tell you everything like exactly what brand of lowering springs are on there, or what the exact compression is at on the car, but most of the important information is there.

-25mpg
-tags are good until march 2014
-2-door
-202,xxx miles on the chassis.
-custom painted, I believe the color is stock supersonic blue with added purple pearl.
-JDM b16a VTEC motor w/ 170 hp stock currently ~150k miles on it.
-y1 transmission
-JDM type R header
-cold air intake
-flowmaster full exhaust from cat back.
-Racing Hart Evo 17" alloys.
-JDM one-piece headlights
-PIAA bumper lamps that are currently disconnected from the battery
-civic type R fuel rail
-fuel pressure regulator w/ fuel pressure gauge
-leather seats
-wiring for full stereo setup is still in the car. tweeter and crossovers still work, the midrange speakers in the front were damaged when the thieves took everything else.
-alpine alarm system w/ backup siren
-strut bar in the back
-sway bar in the front
-adjustable 1" lowering springs
-chipped and socketed p28 ECU, currently has a jun chip, VTEC at 5700rpm, rev limit 9000. to pass emissions you need to put in a p72 ecu with custom jays racing chip in. but you are guaranteed to pass once it is put in. my mechanic/g2 integra expert can set you up with the p72 setup for $150, it’s worth investing in, the car runs leaner and cleaner, and gets better gas mileage with the other chip. you might be able to just get the chip for $50 that will work with the p28 ecu. also worth doing because the catalytic converter is new, and running it cleaner will keep the cat from burning out. my mechanic is amazing and his contact info will be included in the purchase of the vehicle. he has done all the work on the vehicle since I have owned it, I can provide a list of all the work he has done.

recent work:
belts and water pump, thermostat, and a few other things that I can’t remember at the moment done in june 2010
new clutch, new flywheel, rebuild transmission and bearings, new clutch cable august 2010, it goes into 3rd gear at 6000 just fine
full tune-up december 2010, fuel filter and valve adjustment still needs to be done.
tires have less than 5k miles on them, were put on early 2012, I have Les Schwabb paperwork
alignment is good.
-new catalytic converter with less than 5k miles on it.

things it needs/possibly needs
-fuel filter
-valve adjustment (though the motor runs strong AS IS)
-possibly starter
-break rotors

problems.
-cracked windshield from a big-ass seedling pinecone. you can kind of see it in the second pic.
-some rear bumper damage from being rear-ended while stopped at a light several years ago
-a few tears in the leather seats from working construction
-automatic seatbelt issue on the driver side. I have the system disconnected at the moment so I can use the seatbelts manually.
-hole over the foglight part of the one-piece headlight from some dickhole backing into my car and then taking off when my car was parked on the street. this really made me mad when it happened. JDM one-pieces are highly sought after. However, if you could find just a driver side one, you would be good to go. The lights work 100% as is right now.
-license plate light is broken from when I was rear-ended.

not really a problem, just something you should know. I will subtract $77 from the final price because I have to give you the signed paperwork for a new title, and have DMV issue the new title to you. This is so I don’t have to wait 4 weeks for a new title before I sell it.

In conclusion, the only thing that car really needs is a fuel filter and brake rotors (and possibly pads). seatbelt, headlight, and windshield could use replacing, but function fine as is. recommend a valve adjustment when you get the fuel filter done. Any mechanical work can be done with 100% integrity and parts at cost by my integra mechanic.
