I have a 92 gsr and I have a built jdm b16 9:1 comp, 450’s, eagle rods, t3/t4 turbo. I have alot of white smoke coming out of the exhaust. I thought that I was running really rich and that the engine timing was off but everything checks out fine. I have oil on my pistons but great compression so could the stock crankcase black box be causing pressure to build in the block and have the oil pass the rings and come out as smoke? I have searched and have found threads that say to disconnect the pcv and put on a breather. Others say to get some kind of moroso oil catch can and replace the black box with it. What do you guys think and how can I get these parts. The engine has less that 2 miles on it but some idle time. Not much though. Any thoughts or directions would be awsome. Thanks guys!
is it tuned?
no just a base map. It has a chipped ecu and I have a chip burner and some chips with various other maps on them. The one I have in there now I think works the best but the car runs slightly richer at idle that it did with the stock pistons in it.
