bump^^^^ someone answer please.
who needs a relocater when u have ZIP TIES!!! haha. (ghetto style NIGGA!)
i do that with mine now but the rest of the car is clean and i dont want a bent floppy plate.
Any word on the delete plugs? Oh. and has anyone kept their plate in the same location and bent it back for better air flow to the radiator? And why hasnt anyone put their plate in the window:ghetto: ? just kidding everyone.
If your referring to these, then dealer, or find someone who has a pair that doesn’t need them. Note, these are for 90-91 bumpers, 92-93 are different.
Yes any model will fit and to put it on. It comes with the self tapping screws for the bumper and the bolts for the license plate. Just put the bracket where u want it and run the screws up in the whole on the bracket for them.
heres minee =D an angle sloted peice of metal and cut it down to size… ( http://trucks.pcwize.com/images_ubiquirack/dexion_style_metal.jpg) sanded down the metal and painted it quickly and sprayed some clear coat on it. took out my turn signal, and used 2 screws to hold the metal in place and zap strapped my plate =)
try that
those pics dont work, but i also believe i can do it the home depot way for muchh cheaper then all these kits are.
here she is… drilled two holes, insterted a drywall plug and two wood screws… bam… done… filled the old ones in with bondo… cant even tell MUAHUAH :bowthank:
give it a month and the bondo will start cracking…trust me. i’ve tried kitty hair and it still cracked…my holes are now fiberglassed, with metal backing.
well its been about 5 months… no cracking… soooo :jerkoff:
Bondo is for metal, therefore, it doesn’t stick to the plastic bumper. It’s just a matter of time, it’ll start cracking around the edges.
i agree, ive done myself a couple of years ago b4 when i was too cheap to do my bodywork the right way. it will eventually start to crack.
yea well im in the same boat as you lol… im painting my car sometime next month… just gotta wait until I can afford the paint, basecoat and clear coat
I made a l bracket out of aluminum and bolted it under the left blinker… I am thinking of moving it more to the center of the car though.
u got a sweet car dude…
thank you… new paint and a drop are in the works… still dont know how low I can drop it seeing as my driveway is dirt!! and the winter is coming soon…
Here is mine. Alot of my homiez got pulled over for having it relocated. Think twice if your located in California.
ii was contemplating relocating it, but if you say they still get pulled over for it then screw it.
they dont pull me over for running soley fogs (as DRLs) but i can see one making a u turn to stop me for a plate.
