ii was contemplating relocating it, but if you say they still get pulled over for it then screw it.
they dont pull me over for running soley fogs (as DRLs) but i can see one making a u turn to stop me for a plate.
I got pulled over for driving with my fogs on in bright day light, twice that is. Both times, I knew it once they busted a u-turn. I told them it was city lights but they say no. They let me off the hook the 2nd time but not the first time. They said i can drive with fog lights on only if the headlights is on also. Cant run the fogs by itself.
I didnt have insurance, everything total up to $879 paid in cash.
hmm i havent had that problem yet in irvine…both campus police (not rent a cops, UCI has its own PD) and irvine police have done nothing, and i’ve driven right past them on small roads and they’ve done nothing yet. knock on wood
i kinda figure now that a lot of newer lexuses and chevys have amber/yellow DRLs. Hopefully i can get away with that.

I got pulled over by city police, there was tons of other cars with it on but i was the one they picked since my car is lowered and its a honda/acura.
ah that must be then.
i have just a very slightly lowered milano red integra with just oem '00 integra mesh rims. my car is probably less conspicuous, but it is red i guess.
during lunch today i passed a motorcycle cop in aliso viejo that was parked on the sidewalk at an intersection (probably looking for red light runners) . I could tell he was eyeing me but he never followed.
im going to make a home depot one tomorrow hopefully.
If you’re gonig to relocate it, relocate it where it’s acutally doing something. Move it completely out of the mouth of the bumper.
Here is mines, it is made out of thin steel found on the side of computer towers(no really, that’s what I used lol) and I bent it into an L shape and bolted it between the bumper and the turn signal so it doesn’t physically put holes in the front cover.
DAMN!! sexy car

Nice thats exactly what I did with mine but I used some aluminum L that I got at homedepot. I dont really get why people dont relocate all the way. I think I might put a turbo in… idk lol not sure if I want to go that far. Nice rims btw
thats where mine is on my 91…but a TAD bit lower…just a tad…
dont really like the way the relocator bracket makes the plate look on the car…
