Yes it is flat black with a VIS xtream GT hood (POS) want a new oem style. with stock 14"s
up top the rims are 17" seven spoke gunmetal MSR’s. They look awsome but there not the lightest rim on the market. however they where fresh of the truck( i helped unload them 
)and i still havent seen a pair out here or anywhere now that i think of it.
