sol1d you have to have more mods than just an intake and exhaust??? that number is way to high. Have you recently had your engine rebuilt??? tell us whats up.
and Eviloliv3 is correct about shifting. When i first dyno’d i thought the same thing until i was informed. I tested the theory at the track and my times increased. Its all in keeping the power up. Would you rather sacrifice 1-2hp or 10 or so hp??? I think we know the answer
sucka306 - no sir, no rebuilding, no thing, just a vavle adjustment 2 months back, running mobile synthetic, AEM CAI, and a rs*r exhaust, everything else is exactly the same, nothing is messed with the distributor to advance timing or retard. Stock everything, everyone in socal has seen my car and have known me for a while and know that my car is stock
Could be that i never rev my car past 5 heh. That was probably the first time in a few weeks or a month. I just rev it high once and a while so that the crap on top of hte pistion heads is burned off.
i just came from irwindale tonite and i think i did really bad.

help me out guys. is this normal time for 202,000 miles. motor is all stock. no oil change done for 15k, no tune up, all stock with 16’s 205/40/16 set at 25psi with kyb shocks and pro kit.
i’ll be doing some motor swap pretty soon. i just wanted to see the before and after time…
what do you guys think.
well overall everybody. good times. good to see input
and rjgerolaga, judging from the RT, i would say you are a weak driver as of now. could be a good one, but cant really tell much from just one run’s numbers, if you post a few i could give you a better idea of the car or you
i’ll be up front with you. i couldnt get to hook up on 1st and 2nd. i know i have alot of work to do with my r/t being so bad. i got me a very good excuse. first time of going in drag strip. no bs.
i’ll be working real hard on my reaction time.
