I had forgotten how much I missed them until tonight lol. Feels so good to be able to see.
Took some pics during the day. One of the reasons I chose to retro the USDM is to retain the stock look but have better lighting. During the day, you can’t really notice the projectors unless you are really looking at them.
Also picked up an OEM lip today at the junk yard.

Sleeper headlights… Lol
Ok so it’s been a while. Finally got something to update my build thread with lol. Got some blades! the steelies on the car were actually aftermarket and not in good shape, a couple of them were bent.
So I got these other rims to roll on and then found a set of blades with brand new yokohama tires for $200 (family discount). Really love the look of the blades on our gen Integra so I knew I was going to have these eventually. Next set of wheels I want to get are some Kosei K1 but that’s later on down the road.
Then I scored one of these! Some back story, I played with these when they first came out (I was in elementary/middle school when these were in stores) and I had several. But the 93 Integra was by far my most favorite. Any one who had these knew how cool it was to “modify” these by not only changing the bumpers and stuff but by taking out the springs and “dumping” them and stuff like that. Unfortunately I lost mine over the years and when I got my Integra it brought back childhood memories so I’ve been on the look out for these ever since.
This one is going to stay in the package but I want to find another that I can experiment with paint and just have fun with.
Something to update. Did a little exhaust work. Flowmaster axle back welded up instead of using the supplied clamps. Then instead of using the supplied tip I went for a different look. Ordered this truck tip which is 2.5"x4"x18". Cut it down to stick out just the way I wanted it to and changed the angle of the slant, then welded it on.
So far I really like the sound and look of it.
Dude I think it’s time we got out the Nikon and took some proper pics.
Finally got something for the car. B16 cable trans.
So, the story behind this is, the original manual trans (currently on the car) that i bought when I did the conversion was $50 from a cousin of mine. Pretty much the only thing i took a gamble on besides the motor. Well, about 30k miles later she’s grinding 4th, 5th, and reverse makes a weird noise when the car is moving with the clutch in. So it’s time to get a better condition trans. The same cousin gave me a cable GSR trans but it was to far gone when i opened it up, only reason he gave it to me was because 5th gear was shot. A friend of friend offered me another cable LS trans for $50, i wasn’t able to open it up at the moment so i took it anyways. Got back home and found the main shaft bearing exploded, and one of the synchro sleeves was half gone in pieces throughout the trans. So I came across this b16 trans on craigslist, and even though it’s open, my brother is assuring me it may be fine, i’m just worried of the condition of the gears.
So here are some picks of the trans.
And I also picked this guy up, only one I am missing now is the dual pack one.
Got a new key today. The original key was really worn and it was hard to unlock the doors. Went to the Acura dealer, they couldn’t actually cut me a new key (they could only copy the key), so they sold me the Acura key for $5 and then sent me to the Honda dealer to get it cut. Honda charged me $15 to cut it.
