QU About the Turbo

ok … I had a couple QU about Turbo … here it goes :

  1. Can i turn my engine into turbo? … its a stock 91 teg LS and it doesnt have the V-tec in it

  2. The blow / off vavle, does it come with the turbo or do u have to purchase it seperalty ?
