Ok i tryed to put on my turbo kit. The kit is off a 95 integra The intercooler is to long IMHO and the piping doesnt really line up. it’s long and skinny as hell 30x5x2. My bumper is hitting the intercooer and wont go on. And it is hitting the turn signals in the bumper. My question is what piping and what size intercooler are you guys running? I hear a 92+ bumper has more room and to use that bumper…should i change to that bumper? i cut a good bit off my front grill but it didnt work. How much do i need to cut?
I saw a teg around town here who cut the whole front of the bumper out to make one fit…looked hoaky as hell, or if anyone here can suggest a better piping size that would be good, dont want to make your car ugly 
You have 2 choices…
- Hack up your bumper
- Get a 92-93 bumper
You have to cut ALOT
i’ve got a 93 and heres mine, but my intercooler is 25" wide
i think you’ll still run into problems if you try to use a 93 bumper with 30" wide IC

hell, drive it with the bumper removed until you get a new intercooler that fits better :excite:
