I want to run a custom turbo set up on my stock block. But I need some help getting pointed in the right direction.
First I plan on running 5 to 7 psi would this be safe? My motor has 140,000 miles on it, I have done a compression test there was no major differences between cylinders.
Next if anyone could give me some suggestions on which parts would be best for me to run. It would be much appreciated.
Finally where are you guys who have custom setup having you pipes fabricated?

What were the compression numbers and did you do a leak down? The fact that they were all the same doesn’t matter if they are all worn to the same extent. Make sense? This isn’t something you want to jump into. You’ll be unhappy with the results if you don’t do the prep right.
I am sorry I don’t remeber what the compressioin numbers were and I didn’t write them down. I did it before I bought the car and everything checked out okay then but that was a year ago. I have not done a leak down test. I have always been into NA but I spent too much money on parts that I never ended up using. I am looking for a way to get a little more out of my car not really expecting to have a 13 second car.
