Removing A/C for turbo

Hey guys, im going to remove my A/C after work today I read a couple threads on doing so, I see the parts that need to come out but what I havent found is the Risks / Do not Do’s . curious… after removing the AC lines do you have to seal / plug off anything in the engine bay ? or can i just keep unscrewing till its all gone and nothing will be effected?

No one ?

Basicly by removing the AC lines ect… I dont want to lose my heat or my car suddenly not run proper lol i dont imagine that would happen but just want to make sure

I cant believe no one knows @_@

You can take it all off with no ill affect. Just make sure you bleed down system before you unbolt it.

Thanks for the post bro, glad someone knows  ill get it taken out tonite, my AC hasnt worked forever so system should be empty already.

I removed my entire AC out just a month ago. Took about 2 - 3hours. You MUST remove your radiator and bumper, and once you start removing shit, the hard lines will be a bitch to take off. Other then that, everything else was just bolt off, and while your at it, you might as well remove the PS cooling lines to make room for the intercooler and just route the PS lines shorter.
